When we can't travel to spice markets around the globe, we source our seasonings hyper-locally (down the street!) from woman-owned and operated, mission driven Curio Spice Co. Claire Cheney founded Curio in 2015 in her apartment in Somerville, MA. As Curio’s blender-in-chief she creates original blends for Curio's Signature line inspired by her travels to spice origins, and also studies time-honored blends for their Classic line.
Ras el Hanout translates to 'top of the shop' and this is no exception. This blend of 13 spices is delicate and robust at once, with floral and earth notes. Use in rice dishes, tagines, with roasted vegetables and fish.
